Earlier this year, the building that housed the former Long Beach Antique Mall 2 was sold, creating an opportunity for the previous owners to retire after many years in business. Rather than seeing the mall come to an end, one of its longtime dealers purchased the business, relocated it, and reopened it as Long Beach Antiques.
While we have a new name and a new location, our goal remains the same: to create a welcoming place where people can discover unique antiques, vintage décor, collectibles, and one-of-a-kind finds while supporting a community of local small businesses.
Our Grand Opening was the perfect way to celebrate this new beginning. Throughout the weekend, visitors enjoyed live music, took part in a scavenger hunt, and had the opportunity to meet the dealers behind many of the booths. It was a chance for customers to learn more about the collections, hear the stories behind them, and connect with the people who make the mall what it is.
The turnout was more than we expected. We were truly overwhelmed by the support from both longtime customers and people visiting us for the first time. Seeing so many familiar faces alongside new ones made the weekend incredibly rewarding and confirmed that this community is just as excited about the future of Long Beach Antiques as we are.
